Foreign friend selling fish

Was working in the petrol station tonight when a foreign man came in 4 fuel, he was talking away to the young attendant, who called me to have a look at the back of the car which had a few boxes of:
Smoked Bream
Perch
EEls
Pike
Trout
All smoked and for sale, I went fecking mad he has a few mates who catches them and sell them on to him, he smokes them and then sells them. He gets €7 in Dublin for the bream, and says the supermarkets won,t buy them because there not vac-packed, unfortunately the place was packed but did get him on camera and have passed his Reg onto the fisheries board and will e-mail them and the lough agency as it,s a northern reg I told him what he was doing was illegal he didn,t give a feck.

Anyone and advice where I can go with this? As this has to be stopped.

You've just made a bad day even worse, the problem is Gary catching the guy with the stuff.

If you think this is bad you wouldn't believe whats being taken legally, I know of one guy who lifted 40tonne of Bream out of lough Neagh during the summer under license

Make your blood boil Would be no harm to report him to relevant authorities in the north as well as the ones in the south and hopefully with the car reg then they can catch him in the act

Should have got the attendant to fill his petrol tank with diesel.... That would have slowed him down. Also illegal to be selling food from an unlicensed premises

If the fish came from the north it is now illegal to kill coarse fish up here, so pass the number plates and make of car

Just a quick update for u all on this matter.
the fisheries board have being onto me and are following this up with me along with HSE as he,s trying to sell the fish from the boot of his car, the baliff told me there fishing lough Neagh which some lads down there have commercial permits to take course fish. The trouble the Baliff was telling me about he trout and eels though there out of season the fact that there smoked they can,t prove when they where caught.
i have his Reg and passing on the CCT footage of him onto the authorities who seem keen on catching him.
