Whos out tomorrow? Can any larne guys tell me war the sea state was like today as weather seems to be the same tomorrow or do I chance the swilly and get shelter from malin in the south easterlies

Just incase you try and launch at rockstown in Dunaff there is a large steel trailer off the end of the slip I'm not sure if its still there but it is covered at high tide :wall: it would be nasty thing to bump into.
Yak species 2011. 29 so far; whiting, pollack, coalie,doggie, spurdog, seatrout,red gurnad,greygurnard, ballan cookoo and corkwing wrasse, dab, flounder,ling , conger, poor cod, pouting, mackeral,garfish,turbot,tope,squid,cod,grey mullet,pike,sprat,haddock,bullhuss.

would dunaff be fishable with the forecast given for sunday ? was hoping to get a run out somewhere 2mro but the easterlies are putting me off. didnt want to tow to buncrana to find it unfishable.

Wind looking stronger than what I thought so giving it a miss Gavin Ballycastle should be grand tho making a call tomorrow tho I'm on nights at the moment and working sun night too ffs

came home through ballycastle today , a couple of charter boats out seemed to be fishing comfortably enough. had considered heading that way but think the crew are on their second bottle of buckie by now .
